Responsible Sourcing Analyst, Supply Chain

What you will do

• Manage responsible sourcing, ethical supply chain, and sustainable sourcing programs within Supply Chain & Procurement.
• Develop and manage supply chain mapping tools and databases, ensuring insights and data are captured accurately and on time.
• Coordinate supplier and stakeholder meetings, communications, presentations, correspondence, and query resolution.
• Evaluate procurement and supply chain data, identify missing information and risks, improve data quality, and communicate requirements across the supply chain.
• Prepare data for reporting, audits, and cost-benefit analysis, including KPI reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Sustainability team and business partners to implement sustainability strategies, standards, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree-level qualification in a STEM subject.
• Experience in a similar sustainability and responsible sourcing role, with an in-depth understanding of the broader industry and relevant environmental and social considerations.
• Sustainability, Purchasing, or Supply Professional Certification.
• Stakeholder management experience, including supplier management; commercial awareness; problem-solving ability; understanding of operating efficiencies; strong process orientation; and concise, influential communication.
• Up-to-date Microsoft 365 knowledge with strong Excel skills, including advanced analytics and macros.
• Understanding of purchasing systems and processes.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud applications, BI tools, and workflow automation.
• High integrity, professional ethics, focus, an open mind, good listening, patience, dedication, and an initiative mindset.

Nice to have

• Ability to conduct management system audits.
• Ability to create PowerPoint presentations and use Excel commands and macros.
• Experience leading data projects, resolving complex issues, delivering KPI reports and dashboards, and conducting data audits.
