Senior AI Enablement Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and execute the Tissue AI enablement roadmap, identify high-value opportunities, build business cases, track realized value, and coordinate AI projects across functions.
• Improve commercial performance through AI-enabled tools and processes for sales productivity, opportunity management, forecasting, account planning, pricing, proposal generation, customer insights, and installed-base monetization.
• Reduce manual administrative work, increase customer-facing time, and strengthen data-driven decision-making across commercial teams.
• Build and lead a network of AI Champions, deliver training and practical workshops, and support leaders in redesigning processes and ways of working.
• Expand AI initiatives across engineering, supply chain, project execution, customer support, knowledge management, business support, performance management, and analytics.
• Interface between Tissue business teams and enterprise AI initiatives, collaborate with IT, Digital, Data & Analytics, and process owners, and promote responsible and compliant AI use.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Business Transformation, Continuous Improvement, Digital Transformation, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of commercial processes and business performance drivers.
• Exposure to AI, analytics, automation, or digital technologies.
• Strategic and business-oriented mindset with a strong focus on value realization.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical business solutions.
• Curiosity, passion for emerging technologies, and a results-oriented approach.
