Product Manager – Issuer Services (Fintech)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; based in Copenhagen with a Nordic focus.

What you will do

• Develop commercially compelling, P&L-focused business cases that balance client value with sustainable profitability.
• Shape and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the organization and the Nordic markets throughout product development and launches.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and industry trends to maintain relevant, differentiated, and competitive solutions.
• Develop General Meeting Services and Shareholder Register solutions for the Nordics.
• Identify digital transformation opportunities that improve efficiency, enhance client experience, and support next-generation market solutions.

Requirements

• Two to five years of experience in the financial industry, with an interest in industry trends and a global mindset.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate key topics efficiently to stakeholders and contribute to management reporting.
• Good understanding of financial markets and market structures, including their business, competitive, regulatory, and technological evolution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English and Danish or another Nordic language.
• Master’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment across locations where time to market is short and ambition is high.
