Specialist, HSE - Field Operations & Construction - Thailand (Oil and Gas)

Location: GOT Pailin Offshore Field, Thailand; expatriate assignments will not be considered.

What you will do

• Provide frontline HSE support for field operations, construction activities, high-risk contractor work, and asset installation or removal campaigns.
• Perform field verification, inspections, permit-to-work implementation, safety engagements, assurance activities, and verification of critical risk controls.
• Provide HSE oversight for high-risk activities and conduct safeguard verification to help prevent serious injuries and fatalities.
• Support contractor inspections and pre-mobilization, and establish HSE/OE monitoring programs and KPIs for business partners.
• Facilitate incident investigations, share best practices, engage the workforce, and promote a learn-and-improve culture.
• Perform OE onboarding for new crews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an HSE-related field such as Engineering, Science, or Occupational Health and Safety.
• At least 3 years of HSE professional experience in the oil and gas industry and offshore construction.
• Fluency in Safety Management Systems, risk assessment, contractor management, Control of Work, and IOGP Start Work Check.
• Ability to perform risk assessments, verification and validation or assurance activities, audits, and facility and equipment inspections.

Nice to have

• Certified Safety Professional certification.
