Sr Engineer Design Enablement (Optoelectronics Test)

What you will do

• Test and characterize optoelectronic devices at chip and wafer level according to process documentation and equipment operating instructions.
• Analyze measurement data, prepare test reports, and conduct timely reviews with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain test setups and coordinate equipment calibration with vendors.
• Support the adaptation of equipment from hands-on process measurement to high-volume automated manufacturing test platforms.
• Collaborate with project team members to verify device performance and compliance with specifications.
• Perform all activities safely and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic or Optical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Practical knowledge of optical and electrical test instruments.
• Hands-on experience in optoelectronics test engineering and high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong self-motivation and interest in optoelectronics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to review and summarize data.
• Programming knowledge, such as C, C++, Matlab, LabVIEW, or Python.
• Strong data analysis and statistical skills, teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
