Sr Engineer Design Enablement (Optoelectronics)

What you will do

• Test and characterize optoelectronic devices at chip and wafer level using process documentation and equipment instructions.
• Analyze measurement data, prepare test reports, and review results with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain test setups and coordinate equipment calibration with vendors.
• Support the transition from hands-on process measurements to high-volume automated manufacturing test platforms.
• Collaborate with project teams to verify device performance and compliance with specifications.
• Follow Environmental, Health, Safety and Security requirements and perform work safely.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Practical knowledge of optical and electrical test instruments.
• Experience in optoelectronics test engineering and high-volume manufacturing is preferred.
• Programming knowledge in C, C++, Matlab, Labview, or Python is preferred.
• Strong data analysis, statistical, problem-solving, teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
