Sr. PS Program Manager (Professional Services)

Location: Based in Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Perth, Australia, with potential travel to client sites as needed. Australian Citizenship is required for eligibility to obtain or possess an Australian Federal Government NV1 security clearance.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex cloud and on-premises implementation projects for enterprise customers.
• Oversee large, multi-regional, and high-risk projects against scope, budget, timeline, and quality requirements.
• Own project financials, including P&L management and financial forecasting.
• Identify and develop business opportunities with existing clients and support qualification, assessment, effort estimation, and proposals.
• Act as an escalation point, drive cross-functional issue resolution, and maintain relationships with senior customer executives.
• Provide governance oversight, approve key deliverables, and mentor project team members.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in complex project management within an enterprise software implementation business.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, including risk assessment and issue resolution.
• PMP or equivalent certification and experience with Waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to organise and lead matrixed teams locally and remotely.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, stakeholder management, facilitation, and decision-making skills.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams to drive business growth through professional services opportunities.
• Australian Citizenship required for eligibility to obtain or possess an Australian Federal Government NV1 security clearance.
