Binance Accelerator Program - User Growth - Lifecycle Operations Intern (Crypto)

Location: Hong Kong; remote-first, work-from-home arrangement may vary depending on the role and team.

What you will do

• Coordinate Operations, Product, UI/UX, Algorithm, Data, Legal, and regional teams on user journey optimization projects.
• Create, configure, check, and monitor vouchers and tasks to ensure accurate lifecycle operations.
• Help build recommendation materials, including educational content, trending news, and campaign guidance.
• Track click and conversion performance and suggest improvements.
• Research core user journeys and competitor experiences, identify friction points, and propose practical improvements.
• Work with regional teams to understand local preferences and support localized content and strategies.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program; Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin proficiency is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Previous internship experience in user growth, user operations, campaign operations, or project management.
• Basic data analysis skills and familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools.
• Interest in crypto, fintech, or internet user growth.
• Experience using Binance or other exchange products.
