Senior Growth Strategy (Fintech)

What you will do

• Translate company growth targets into priorities, campaigns, and strategic initiatives with clear scope, ownership, and KPIs.
• Lead planning, prioritization, and impact measurement for campaigns and growth initiatives.
• Identify opportunities across product growth, acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue, and drive execution from idea to implementation.
• Plan and track marketing budgets, evaluate returns, and optimize investments against growth goals.
• Coordinate product, marketing, data, and other cross-functional teams, resolve blockers, track progress, and adjust plans.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning growth initiatives and campaigns in a consumer product business, ideally in fintech.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of growth metrics and business outcomes.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating campaign effectiveness.
• Ability to understand products and user needs, identify opportunities, and turn them into actionable plans.
• Strong ownership and clear communication, with a track record of driving cross-functional execution in fast-paced environments.
