What you will do

• Lead the monthly Cost of Poor Quality and supplier charge-back process from data validation through communication, escalation, and settlement completion.
• Analyze purchase data regularly, identify aged and abnormal open orders, and coordinate cross-functional action to close them on time.
• Improve purchase-order management efficiency and reduce process waste.
• Support contract management, non-PO applications, routine reporting, data analysis, and internal departmental coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; candidates from all academic disciplines may apply.
• Strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, logical thinking, attention to detail, and strong learning capabilities.
• Demonstrated interest in digitalization and process improvement.
• Willingness to learn and use digital tools, data visualization, and systematic approaches to streamline workflows and improve procurement efficiency.
• Strong verbal and written English communication capabilities are preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power BI and Power Automate.
• Fresh graduates with substantial internship experience and high learning agility are encouraged to apply.
