Strategic Procurement Specialist (Security Systems)

Location: Dongguan, China; on-site

Company

Develops security and automation systems combining software and hardware, with production across factories in Ukraine, Turkey, and Vietnam.

What you will do

• Identify and evaluate new suppliers of components and materials while managing the existing supplier base.
• Monitor component delivery timelines and prices within assigned deadlines and budget constraints.
• Draft and negotiate contracts in Ukrainian and English.
• Negotiate payment terms and shipping arrangements with suppliers.
• Handle compensation claims and product complaints.
• Visit suppliers in person and conduct negotiations.

Requirements

• Higher education, preferably in Economics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of procurement experience.
• Basic knowledge of foreign economic activity (FEA).
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Ability to identify problems and find effective solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Google Workspace tools.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level (B2).
• Conversational Chinese proficiency: HSK 4/HSK 5, with speaking proficiency of at least HSKK Intermediate level.

Nice to have

• Experience working with 1C.
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
