What you will do

• Develop and execute item-level planning strategies across APAC for specific brands and genders.
• Define regional volume, inventory, and style count targets for all departments.
• Create assortment frameworks focused on key items to drive growth within the APAC market.
• Partner with promo resources to execute in-season pricing changes and promotional activities.
• Conduct weekly reviews on strengths, opportunities, and recommended actions for the region.
• Perform seasonal hindsight analysis to develop strategic improvements for future item and department plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of planning experience, preferably within a corporate retail environment.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear knowledge of target customer demographics and current product trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and multi-tasking skills.
• Collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional partners to achieve brand vision.
