Operative Buyer

Location: Jinan, Shandong, China; onsite role at hirify.global Transformer (Jinan) Co., Ltd.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end purchasing, create purchase orders, monitor supplier lead times, and ensure timely material availability.
• Forecast demand with suppliers and internal stakeholders, secure supplier capacity, maintain safety stock, and optimize inventory.
• Track deliveries, resolve non-conformance issues, and coordinate material returns or replacements.
• Coordinate import and export procedures, prepare documentation, support AEO activities, and work with freight forwarders.
• Maintain material master data in SAP, validate supplier invoices, and improve supplier performance and supply chain efficiency with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, procurement, supply chain, or related functional areas.
• Experience working in international environments and collaborating with global and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting AEO-related activities is essential.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
