Sr. Contract Optimization Strategist

Location: US remote; position listed in Somerset, NJ, USA. Travel to hirify.global, partner, and customer events is required 20% of the time.

Estimated annual pay range: $115,000–$145,000, including base salary.

What you will do

• Analyze business, operational, transactional, contract, and financial data to identify trends, anomalies, risks, opportunities, and compliance concerns.
• Conduct pricing audits and proactive monitoring to identify control gaps and process deviations.
• Develop automated reporting, monitoring tools, performance metrics, and business intelligence solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend improvements to operational effectiveness and business performance.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and executive-level recommendations.
• Present findings and recommendations to leaderhirify.globalp and cross-functional stakeholders while promoting data integrity and reporting consistency.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets and multiple data sources.
• Experience developing reporting automation and process improvement solutions.
• Experience supporting audit, compliance, governance, or risk-monitoring initiatives.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis, develop actionable recommendations, and communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to independently manage projects and analytical initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience is also considered.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, audit, finance, operations analytics, reporting, compliance, or related analytical functions.
• Experience developing executive-level reporting and presenting insights to senior leaderhirify.globalp.

• Experience supporting governance, compliance, audit, or risk management programs.
• Experience supporting U.S. Public Sector organizations, government contracts, public sector procurement, or contract compliance activities.
