Sr. Strategic Insights Manager (Life Sciences)

Location: US Remote

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 per year based on experience, plus equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units.

What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert on hirify.global data and client business needs within account teams.
• Use data to solve complex business challenges involving scientific expert engagement and strategic collaboration.
• Lead strategic discovery processes, identify client needs, and develop custom data-driven solutions.
• Deliver bespoke analyses, data visualizations, and actionable insights to optimize the user platform experience and support client value creation.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to translate business challenges into tailored solutions and ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with clients to deliver data-driven solutions that solve business challenges.
• Experience working on cross-functional teams, with the ability to communicate with engineers and data scientists.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic, data-driven expertise in data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Strong project management, active listening, influencing, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Deep understanding of the life sciences industry, including drug development, therapeutic interventions, and key stakeholders.
