Junior Web Application Developer (Vue)

Location: Hybrid in Denver, Colorado, United States. Work from home on Monday and Thursday; work in the office on Tuesday and Friday, with Wednesday scheduled weekly/monthly. Typical office hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Applicants must already be eligible to work for any U.S. employer without company sponsorship.

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 base salary per year, plus health benefits and matching 401(k).

What you will do

• Build, design, and maintain production web applications used across the real estate industry with Vue 3 and Python.
• Investigate and resolve defects using structured debugging approaches and tools.
• Use AI coding agents in daily development while reviewing and understanding every line of shipped code.
• Participate in code reviews, apply established design patterns, and maintain high-quality code.
• Collaborate with product, support, and senior engineers to turn business requirements into working software.
• Document implementation details, learn title and escrow terminology, and work effectively with system-of-record data.

Requirements

• Related bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
• At least 1 year of professional experience building and maintaining production web applications.
• Strong working knowledge of a modern JavaScript framework and a Python web framework.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to use agentic coding tools responsibly and explain every line of shipped code.
• Ability to work autonomously, adapt in a fast-paced environment, take ownership end to end, and wear multiple hats.
• Curiosity, attention to detail, constructive response to feedback, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to identify root causes.
• Comfort working with datasets and identifying trends or gaps in system-of-record data.

Nice to have

• Production experience with Vue 3 and FastAPI or Flask.
• Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs across internal and external integrations.
• Experience owning implementation decisions and technology selection.
• Experience in real estate, mortgage, banking, Real Estate Tech, or real estate brokerage.
• Experience in title insurance, escrow, or closing.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS at multi-tenant scale.
• Open-source contributions, talks, or writing demonstrating technical thinking.
