Territory Leader (Architectural Coatings)

Location: Minatitlan, Veracruz, Mexico; the position is also stated to be located in Cd del Carmen, Campeche, and is marked onsite.

What you will do

• Develop dealer relationships and sales results for the COMEX brand within the Architectural Coating sales structure.
• Coordinate training programs with the Training Center according to area needs and dealership structure.
• Build commercial strategies and agreements with dealers, including improvements to points of sale, openings, field sales teams, and productivity bonuses.
• Visit assigned points of sale and external customers.
• Monitor service levels and end-customer experience, analyze the market, and add indicators to understand point-of-sale behavior.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced English.
• 3 years of proven experience in commercial, retail, or technical product knowledge.
• 3+ years of management skills, including information analysis and negotiation.
