General Manager (Automotive Retail)

Location: hirify.global Toyota Newnan, United States; on-site dealership leadership role requiring a valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

What you will do

• Set the store vision, goals, and performance targets across all areas of the business.
• Lead day-to-day dealership operations and drive sales, profitability, expense management, and overall performance.
• Engage, motivate, attract, develop, and retain store talent.
• Create an exceptional customer experience and improve customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with manufacturer partners.
• Analyze business shortfalls and create action plans to improve performance.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive retail General Manager experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain talent.
• Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to drive revenue and profitability.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organization and follow-up skills.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
