Senior Manager, Discovery Solutions (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Establish and expand hirify.global’s EMEA Sensitive Data Review capability across complex client engagements.
• Lead engagements from intake and scoping through workflow design, review execution, quality control, reporting, and close-out.
• Advise clients and translate legal, regulatory, privacy, GDPR, and notification requirements into defensible review protocols and operational workflows.
• Coordinate Cyber Incident Response, Digital Forensics, Discovery, Investigations, vendors, and regional and global teams across concurrent matters.
• Manage staffing, productivity, quality, budgets, timelines, escalations, resource planning, vendor costs, revenue forecasts, and margins.
• Develop the EMEA delivery model and regional pipeline through standardized processes, technology-enabled review, client relationships, proposals, pricing, and business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in law, information technology, data privacy, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Typically 6 or more years of progressive experience in eDiscovery, sensitive data review, breach response, litigation support, data privacy, or related consulting, including responsibility for complex projects or engagements.
• Experience leading complex client engagements and multidisciplinary teams across EMEA.
• Demonstrated success developing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, supporting commercial proposals, and contributing to revenue growth in professional services, eDiscovery, cybersecurity, privacy, or incident response.
• Strong knowledge of review operations, Relativity or comparable platforms, quality control, reporting, and defensible delivery.
• Working knowledge of GDPR, cross-border data considerations, and breach-response workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, commercial judgment, prioritization, and complex delivery issue resolution skills.
• Experience managing engagement budgets, staffing models, vendor expenditures, resource utilization, and financial performance.
• Experience establishing or expanding service delivery capabilities, developing operational standards, and coordinating cross-border EMEA teams.

• Familiarity with regional cyber insurance markets, law firm relationships, and incident response ecosystems.
