What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex client engagements and ensure milestones, quality, outcomes, and KPIs are met.
• Build stakeholder relationships, manage expectations, resolve client-side issues, and act as the escalation point for delivery concerns.
• Own engagement financials, including revenue, margin, invoicing, collections, scope changes, and revenue leakage prevention.
• Identify and support account growth opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate delivery teams while coordinating the required resourcing and skills mix.
• Improve propositions and reusable intellectual property by sharing methods, assets, and accelerators.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and influencing skills without relying on formal authority.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics for varied audiences.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Strong planning, organisation, and resource coordination skills.
• Solid financial acumen, including experience managing engagement budgets and margins.
• Adaptability and commitment to continuous learning.
