Material Requirement Planning

Location: Santiago de Querétaro, Querétaro, Mexico; onsite

What you will do

• Plan and control inventory and safety stock for complex gas turbine, steam turbine, and generator components across internal and third-party warehouses.
• Coordinate with Regional Service Units, Engineering, Quality, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain Management to maximize parts availability and combinations.
• Address supply base challenges and support customer orders while maintaining adequate stock levels and healthy inventory turns.
• Develop reports and analyze inventory data to support inventory reduction, process improvements, and stocking strategies.
• Provide rotating after-hours coverage for customer and supply chain needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and up to 2 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, order management, or a similar area.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and learn from senior team members.
• Strong planning, solution-focused customer service, and analytical skills.
• Understanding of supply chain processes, SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Advanced knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with analytics or automation software such as Power BI, Alteryx, or Tableau.
