Systems Analyst - Commerce Trust

Location: 922 Walnut St, Kansas City, Missouri 64106, United States. Full-time, onsite role. Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $26.70–$46.40 per hour, based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.

What you will do

• Provide technical support, user access administration, and tier 1 support for wealth management applications used by internal and external users.
• Act as an application subject matter expert and systems liaison, translating business needs into configurations, solutions, and product features.
• Support system operations through maintenance, access management, enhancement validation, defect testing, and monitoring of system usage.
• Coordinate application issue communications between internal customers and external vendors, and provide technical consultation for problem resolution.
• Deliver client demonstrations and training for online products when requested.
• Investigate performance calculation, data accuracy, and reporting discrepancies; support system integration and data reconciliation.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of wealth management systems and related best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, analytical, and continuous-improvement skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information in user-friendly language to technical and non-technical users.
• Ability to organize work, manage multiple priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and teamwork skills; adaptability and resilience are required.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of systems analysis experience.
• Eligibility to work in the US without current or future sponsorship.
