Systems Analyst (Microsoft Azure/Office 365)

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States; hybrid with regular in-office days each week

What you will do

• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into system designs, technical specifications, and project plans.
• Partner with stakeholders to define, evaluate, implement, configure, and support business applications and infrastructure.
• Assist with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows, endpoint management, and productivity platform administration.
• Support system architecture, workflows, information flows, security, compliance, and business continuity requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors and third parties on solution delivery and ongoing support.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in systems analysis, IT operations, or systems support and administration.
• Experience planning, deploying, and supporting technology and process initiatives.
• Systems administration experience in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with GLBA, FFIEC, SOC examinations, and other compliance or regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune or SCCM; employment is contingent on passing a background check and maintaining a clean background.

• Banking systems experience.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and implementing enterprise systems.
• Microsoft Azure, cloud, and Office 365 administration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with GLBA and FDIC examination processes.
