Early Careers - Systems Analyst Intern

Location: Hybrid role based in Chicago, IL or Richardson, TX, United States. The internship lasts ten weeks, and flex employees are expected to work in the office at least three days per week.

Base pay range: $19.13–$34.17.

What you will do

• Participate in a formal internship program supporting business objectives and member-focused solutions.
• Own project components and deliverables with guidance from a mentor and manager.
• Research, analyze data and information, and develop recommendations for business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Support initiatives that improve business outcomes and member and client experiences.
• Prepare and deliver a final presentation covering the project, results, and recommendations.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, information technology, or information systems; rising senior status is required.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Available for the full ten-week internship program.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with practical experience using Office 365 and virtual collaboration tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java, .NET, XML, Python, or robotic process automation.
• Previous technical internship or work experience.
• Volunteer, leadership, IT association, technical competition, or similar experience.
