Supply Chain Leader (Finishing)

What you will do

• Develop and execute production plans aligning manufacturing capacity, material availability, and customer demand.
• Coordinate schedules across melting, casting, hot rolling, cold rolling, annealing, finishing, and other applicable metal-processing operhirify.globalons.
• Plan raw-material requirements and monitor raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods.
• Coordinate material movement among manufacturing departments, facilities, suppliers, subcontractors, and external processors.
• Analyze production, inventory, material, and manufacturing-performance data using ERP and MES systems.
• Maintain KPIs and support continuous-improvement initihirify.globalves focused on throughput, lead times, cost reduction, inventory, and supply-chain performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administrhirify.globalon, Operhirify.globalons Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizhirify.globalonal, problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritizhirify.globalon skills.
• Understanding of production planning, inventory control, supply-chain coordinhirify.globalon, manufacturing lead times, production yields, scrap management, and material traceability.
• Ability to analyze complex production data and translate findings into actionable recommendhirify.globalons.
• Experience working with ERP systems and production-planning software.
• Experience using Power BI or other reporting and data-analytics tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applichirify.globalons, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Effective written and verbal communichirify.globalon skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and organizhirify.globalonal levels.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing production and customer requirements, anticipate operhirify.globalonal challenges, and proactively develop solutions.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of experience in supply-chain planning, production scheduling, materials management, inventory control, or manufacturing operhirify.globalons.
• Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing, metals production, steel manufacturing, specialty alloys, or similar process-driven manufacturing environments.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or comparable ERP systems.
• Master’s degree in supply chain or a related field.
