Global Pricing Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Hybrid, with in-person work Monday through Thursday and remote Flexible Fridays; based in Atlanta or Los Angeles, United States, or Shildon, England; Gonfreville or Toulouse, France; Wrocław, Poland; or Hamburg, Germany. Base salary: $130,000–$150,000 annually, with a possible annual bonus of up to 10% of base salary.

What you will do

• Develop and execute global pricing strategies, structures, and architectures for Aerospace Coatings and Sealants.
• Lead value-based pricing, pricing governance, approval workflows, review boards, and compliance.
• Recommend pricing responses to tariffs, cost changes, competitive moves, and changing market conditions.
• Optimize discounts, rebates, commercial terms, strategic deals, customer negotiations, and margin performance.
• Develop pricing models covering elasticity, price waterfalls, segmentation, optimization, predictive analytics, and dynamic pricing.
• Implement Price FX and other digital tools, improve pricing data visibility, and collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Finance, Commercial Excellence, Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, and BI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in pricing, strategy, finance, or commercial leadership.
• Proven success in global or multi-regional B2B manufacturing and/or growth-focused innovative sectors.
• Experience with QAD, Oracle, pricing software, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Price FX.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience balancing global consistency with regional market needs.
• Fluency in English required.
