What you will do

• Support process engineers with daily production activities, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving.
• Evaluate melting, re-melting, inspection, and other manufacturing processes.
• Collect, organize, and analyze process data to identify trends, varihirify.globalon, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Support investighirify.globalons into product quality, equipment performance, process capability, material flow, and production delays.
• Participate in plant trials, process audits, root cause analysis, continuous improvement projects, and process change implementhirify.globalon.
• Prepare process documenthirify.globalon, technical reports, project findings, recommendhirify.globalons, and progress updates for technical and management teams.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field at an accredited university.
• Strong interest in heavy manufacturing, metals processing, process engineering, metallurgy, or industrial problem-solving.
• Basic understanding of chemistry, material properties, thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid flow, phase transformhirify.globalons, or mechanical testing concepts.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret technical data.
• Strong problem-solving, communichirify.globalon, and organizhirify.globalonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborhirify.globalvely in a cross-functional team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applichirify.globalons, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and environmental requirements while working around noise, heat, moving equipment, chemicals, and other industrial conditions.

Nice to have

• Prior laboratory, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial internship experience.
