Location: Full-time onsite in Austin, Texas

What you will do

• Work with build and test technicians to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Execute time studies on build and test production lines.
• Lead small manufacturing process improvement projects.
• Develop and update operation method sequences.
• Support part defect root cause analysis and processing activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
• Good academic standing with a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and develop new skills.
• Available for full-time onsite work in Austin, Texas.

Nice to have

• Engineering experience in a development or manufacturing environment.
