2027 Manufacturing Engineer Summer Internship (Bachelors Austin, TX)

Location: Full-time onsite in Austin, TX

Salary: $28–32 per hour

What you will do

• Work with build and test technicians to identify manufacturing process improvement opportunities.
• Execute time studies on build and test lines.
• Lead small manufacturing process improvement projects.
• Develop and update operation method sequences (OMSs).
• Support manufacturing engineering with part defect root cause analysis and processing.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Good academic standing with a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and willingness to learn new skills.

Nice to have

• Engineering experience in a development or manufacturing environment.
