Enterprise Operations Analyst (Third Party Collections Strategy)

Location: Hybrid schedule with three onsite workdays and two remote workdays per week; proximity to Hoover, Alabama required.

Salary: $48,956.60 minimum to $64,700.00 median annual target range; not incentive eligible.

What you will do

• Analyze and interpret operational data, including volume, productivity, quality, recovery rates, and other statistical metrics, to identify trends and process-improvement opportunities.
• Support capacity planning, volume forecasting, unit costing, recovery forecasting, and strategic operational decision-making.
• Identify operational problems, recommend solutions, and collaborate with teams, supervisors, and managers to resolve issues and meet business goals.
• Support collection attorney and agency processes, quality-control reviews, Recovery System process testing, account and invoice reconciliation, and judgment calculation documentation.
• Create and maintain policies, procedures, training materials, workflow documentation, and process-flow documentation.
• Monitor compliance with procedures, risk-management programs, rules, regulations, cybersecurity practices, vendor service-level obligations, and participate in user acceptance testing of system changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a high school diploma/GED plus four years of related experience.
• Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and industry guidance.
• Ability to research and analyze data and derive facts.
• Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and deadline-management skills, including the ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of banking operations and business intelligence tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• SQL proficiency, including queries, joins, and data analysis against large relational databases.
• Experience designing and publishing Power BI dashboards, reports, and executive-level performance metrics.
• Knowledge of data modeling, ETL concepts, and report automation.
• Experience using data analytics to improve operational efficiency, processes, and strategic decision-making.
