Senior Director, Head of Professional Services Delivery Risk & Security Solutions (RAS) — GTMS (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid, based in the Atlanta, GA or Austin, TX office; at least 3 days per week in the office. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $180,200–$316,200 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Own the strategy and vision for the Professional Services Delivery function as a solution layer translating platform capabilities into client outcomes.
• Build a continuous engagement model based on discovery, incremental delivery, defined project plans, RAID logs, governance, pricing, and milestone-based delivery.
• Lead the transformation to a gated delivery lifecycle from Discovery through Go-Live and Hypercare, including standardized methodology, project charters, escalation paths, and PSA tooling.
• Oversee adoption and transition of tooling to MS Dynamics Project Operations and establish the Professional Services-to-Customer Success or Managed Services handoff at go-live.
• Lead and develop people leaders and individual contributors across Implementation Consulting, Project Management, and Resource Management.
• Engage executive steering committees and Tier 1 clients while partnering with Product, Sales, Engineering, Client Services, and SI partners.

Requirements

• 12 or more years of work experience with a bachelor's degree, or at least 10 years with an advanced degree, or at least 5 years with a PhD.
• Proven people leadership of large, multidisciplinary teams through functional leads.
• Strong commercial acumen, including SOW ownership, pricing strategy, and milestone-based delivery models.
• Demonstrated delivery and process rigor covering lifecycle methodology, RAID governance, and PSA tooling.
• Exceptional executive client engagement at steering committee and C-suite levels.
• Ability to operate and lead through ambiguity while building structure in a transforming function.
• Strong cross-functional influence in a matrixed environment.
• Working knowledge of SI partner ecosystems.

Nice to have

• 15 or more years of experience with a bachelor's degree, or 12 years with an advanced degree; PhD with 9 or more years of experience.
• Domain familiarity with risk, fraud, authentication, or real-time decisioning platforms.
