Director of Federal Sector, Resourcing

Location: Washington, D.C., United States; requires U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residence. The role involves managing an onsite team.

Estimated base salary: $190,000–$240,000/year.

What you will do

• Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact, understand customer needs, and guide product development and user training.
• Lead client onboarding and deliver training tutorials for Guardian products and applications.
• Gather client feedback, support product iteration, and identify additional product features and services.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver software on time and resolve technical issues.
• Manage delivery from proposals through project implementation, including project governance and completion.
• Work with business development and marketing to expand existing accounts and generate new federal business opportunities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or a similar field.
• At least 5 years of delivery management experience with enterprise solutions.
• Experience leading engagements involving data science, cloud infrastructure, solution architecture, application development, and data engineering.
• Leadership experience with small to medium-sized teams, including project governance and delivery excellence.
• Credible customer presence and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Strong strategy consulting, facilitation, stakeholder management, project management, process optimization, analytics, and AI-methods skills.
• Excellent presentation, written, communication, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills.
• U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residence is required.

Nice to have

• Advanced Engineering degree or MBA.
• Headquarters Air Force experience.
• Active Department of Defense security clearance at Secret level or higher.
