Manager, Product Management – Provider Contracting, Credentialing & Network (Healthcare)

Location: Remote; work at home in Pennsylvania, United States.

What you will do

• Lead product strategy, vision, integrated roadmaps, and execution for provider contracting, credentialing, and network products.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers, including hiring, performance management, rewards, and staff productivity.
• Guide requirements definition, backlog management, product development, launches, adoption, and lifecycle management across the portfolio.
• Conduct customer interviews, user research, testing, market research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, operations, business partners, and senior leadership through product development and agile ceremonies.
• Establish success measures, monitor outcomes, develop business cases, manage risks and dependencies, and drive change management and value realization.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies and market research techniques.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant experience and/or education accepted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree as determined by the company.
