Group Product Manager (Health Insurance)

Location: New York City office, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days in-office per week. Thursdays are required in-office days for team meetings and events, while the other two office days are flexible.

Base pay: $180,504.00–$236,911.50 per year, plus employee benefits, equity grants, and annual performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Lucie Health Marketplace enrollment platform.
• Lead the Product Management team for the enrollment infrastructure supporting broker, consumer, and employer experiences.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data, Engineering, and other cross-functional leaders on strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Make resource trade-off decisions with Engineering and Product leadership and improve team collaboration.
• Recommend enhancements to existing products and guide the development of new products.
• Develop operating models for new products and mentor, coach, and support Product Managers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.

• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, including using data to identify opportunities, test theories, and evaluate success.
• End-to-end product thinking, from defining top-level goals through developing detailed solutions.
• Ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels, work across leadership levels, and communicate using structured thinking.
