TL;DR
Healthcare Project Manager (HealthTech): Delivering patient-facing products, internal platforms, and healthcare integrations across the full SDLC with an accent on clinical stakeholder coordination, healthcare data security, and regulatory compliance. Focus on managing Agile delivery, translating medical and business needs into actionable backlogs, and controlling risks, dependencies, scope, timelines, and budgets.
Location: Remote or from one of the company's offices

What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery across the full SDLC, from discovery and requirements gathering through release and post-launch support.
- Define project scope, roadmaps, timelines, resources, and budgets; track progress and ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate developers, designers, business analysts, and QA engineers while translating clinical and business needs into actionable backlog items.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests proactively.
- Run Agile ceremonies, maintain delivery transparency, and report project health to senior management.
- Continuously improve delivery processes and project management practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
- Mandatory experience delivering projects in the medical domain, including HealthTech, MedTech, clinics, laboratories, pharma, or HIS/EHR systems.
- Understanding of healthcare-specific requirements, including personal and medical data handling, data security, compliance, and collaboration with clinical staff.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and the ability to combine them with Waterfall or hybrid approaches when needed.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- English at Intermediate level or higher for documentation.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing HIS/MIS, LIS, or CRM systems, or integrations with eHealth.
- Knowledge of Ukrainian regulations on medical data protection.
- Experience delivering mobile applications or patient portals.
- PMP, PRINCE2, PSM, or similar certification.
