TL;DR

Demand Planner (SAP): Creating and maintaining 18–24-month unconstrained demand forecasts for assigned products with an accent on forecasting accuracy, SKU rationalization, and worldwide demand consolidation. Focus on analyzing demand data, guiding Sales on global product demand, and improving inventory planning through SAP-based processes.

Location: Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico; onsite

What you will do

Create and maintain rolling 18–24-month unconstrained demand forecasts for assigned products.
Assemble and analyze data used to create unconstrained demand plans.
Support Sales with guidance on global demand for specific products and help consolidate the worldwide demand plan.
Monitor finished-goods SKU levels and recommend SKU rationalization initiatives.
Feed SKU rationalization initiatives into the Inventory Check book and measure, report, and improve demand-planning accuracy.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in industrial, administrative, or similar engineering.
At least 4 years of experience as a demand planner and/or master scheduler planner.
Experience in forecasting, demand planning, and translating changes in the production team.
Experience with ERP SAP systems.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Advanced English level.

Nice to have

Experience with the SAP MM module.
Experience as a material master.
APICS/CPIM certification.
