Base pay: $197,000–$266,000 per year in Mountain View

What you will do

• Develop strategic goals during annual planning with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Improve the operating model and key processes to accelerate growth, decision-making, and results delivery.
• Analyze planning and operational results using data to improve processes and outcomes over time.
• Frame decisions, lead discussions with senior stakeholders, communicate results, and develop change-management plans.
• Build relationships across hirify.global to solve complex business problems and align with annual and quarterly planning processes.
• Develop and communicate the leader’s strategy, business, people, and culture agenda; plan town halls, off-site visits, and other critical leadership meetings while monitoring strategic priorities and KPIs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, analytics, or operations at a top company.
• Strong business and financial acumen, data-driven decision-making skills, and experience building financial or analytical models.
• Ability to operate at both long-term strategy and operational execution levels, including improving quarterly performance metrics and following through on execution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including concise communication with senior executives and front-line managers through multiple channels.
• Ability to manage conflicting stakeholder interests, build relationships, and influence stakeholders at all levels in a cross-functional environment.
• Ability to identify and address barriers to growth in an ambiguous, high-visibility environment.
• Drive for excellence, willingness to challenge the status quo, and urgency in execution.

• Prior consulting experience, especially at a top-tier management consulting firm.
