Senior Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States.

Base salary: $84,629–$112,838, $88,860–$118,480, or $93,092–$124,122 depending on location-based pay range.

What you will do

• Design, develop, code, test, debug, and support new software and significant enhancements in production.
• Partner with Agile Scrum teams, business partners, technical staff, and product developers to deliver solutions meeting business and technical requirements.
• Define and implement effective automated tests.
• Build production-quality enterprise systems that meet scalability, reliability, performance, and SLA targets.
• Document work, participate in code reviews, and support transparency and reuse.
• Prioritize multiple concurrent projects and take accountability for completing assignments.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, or 4+ years with a master’s degree. Computer Science or a similar field is preferred.
• Working knowledge of software development methodologies, standards, and coding best practices.
• Experience with Agile practices, including planning and grooming, sprint management, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Experience with GoLang, Java, Temporal Workflow, Oracle RDBMS, PL/SQL, and Unix/Linux shell scripting.
• Advanced Spring Boot knowledge and fluency with Spring Framework Core, Data, Security, MVC, Hibernate/JPA, Apache Kafka or Confluent Kafka, RESTful Web Services, and JUnit/TestNG.
• Proficiency in one or more cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with cloud services such as AKS, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
• Experience using AI developer tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code to create high-quality code in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience developing scalable, high-performance systems for high-volume data processing, plus strong problem-solving, time-management, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated, organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new technologies.

• Experience with REST API services.
