Senior Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: United States; hybrid or remote

Compensation: $165,000–$175,000 base plus variable compensation and equity

Build insurance-native AI agents that resolve customer requests end to end across sales, service, and claims for P&C carriers, agencies, MGAs, and TPAs.

What you will do

• Run technical and security discovery with insurers, agencies, and their IT teams.
• Build and deliver tailored demos showing how the voice-first AI agent fits customer workflows.
• Lead functional and technical workshops, define solution fit and scope, and own the solution design and statement of work through approval and signature.
• Respond to RFPs, procurement requests, and security questionnaires, and produce integration and architecture documentation with DevOps support.
• Hand signed deals to the Deployment team with complete technical context and scope new use cases and later phases as customers expand.

Requirements

• 6 to 8+ years of experience in solutions engineering or solutions consulting.
• Experience with CCaaS, UCaaS, or voice AI platforms.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs.
• Executive presence and a consultative approach to discovery with business and IT stakeholders.
• Ability to build and run demos independently.
• Working knowledge of APIs and integration patterns.
• High ownership, urgency, and comfort with the pace of a growing startup.

Nice to have

• Experience with insurance core systems such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, or agency management systems.
• Knowledge of P&C workflows across claims, sales, and service.
