Revenue Strategy & Operations Partner (Online Advertising)

Location: Based out of the New York office; hybrid work indicated by #LI-Hybrid.

Base salary: $180,200–$252,300 USD per year, plus potential equity and commission depending on the position offered.

What you will do

• Lead and support annual and quarterly sales planning, including business plans, operating models, customer segmentation, and resource allocation.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for the North America Mid-Market segment with Sales leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Lead complex cross-functional projects implementing sales initiatives and operating rhythms.
• Develop executive-level weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on pipeline health, pitch velocity, and seller productivity.
• Diagnose business performance issues, identify growth levers, and translate complex analysis into measurable action plans.
• Improve sales and RSO processes, optimize workflows, build automation, and scale best practices with central teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 8–12 years of professional experience in a strategic or operational function such as Revenue or Sales Operations, Business Operations, Management Consulting, or Investment Banking.
• Strong analytical background with the ability to handle complex Excel models.
• Experience using SQL.
• Fluent written and oral English communication.
