Project Manager - Professional Services

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end Professional Services engagements across the full project lifecycle, from multiple smaller engagements to larger, complex, or strategic-customer projects.
• Own project governance and planning, keeping customers, partners, and internal stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Manage project financials, including costs, revenue, P&L, forecasting, delivery margins, and performance against agreed targets.
• Ensure commercial alignment with Statements of Work, customer expectations, licensed product capabilities, and purchased services.
• Build relationships with customer sponsors, key stakeholders, partners, and internal teams to support successful delivery.
• Partner with Sales and Presales to qualify opportunities, shape delivery approaches, and contribute to proposals and Statements of Work.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification developing analytical, problem-solving, structured-thinking, and decision-making skills, or equivalent relevant experience and training.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for working with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Around 2 years of experience in Project Management or Project Coordination, including exposure to managing individual projects or supporting portfolios of varying size and complexity.
• Good understanding of project management principles, including planning, governance, risk management, processes, and methodologies.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, ideally including Scaled Agile, and traditional Waterfall approaches.
• Understanding of commercial delivery models including Time & Materials and Fixed Price contracts.
• Exposure to enterprise technologies, ideally within or similar to the hirify.global portfolio, including IT Operations Management, Application Delivery Management, Cyber Resilience, Big Data, or Information Management & Governance.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, collaborative and proactive working style, stakeholder management abilities, willingness to take initiative, and commitment to continuously developing project management capabilities.
