IT Security PMO Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid or on-site as required by project scope.

What you will do

• Manage request processes end to end, from quotation and implementation through post-onboarding monitoring.
• Ensure administrative, contractual, financial, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Assess entity-level portfolio impacts, conduct financial reviews, track project consumption, and maintain consolidated plans, dashboards, and timelines.
• Monitor portfolio risks, define mitigation strategies, and lead the financial aspects of the Move to BAU transition.
• Coordinate regular communication with international stakeholders to align resources and budgets throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in an IT security portfolio or PMO environment.
• Hands-on experience with Security Operations (SecOps) frameworks and global cyber defense projects.
• Strong experience with contractualization processes, compliance, and post-onboarding service transitions.
• Proven experience managing global portfolios across multi-country, cross-functional international environments.
• Strong expertise in risk management, change management, budget tracking, and financial monitoring.
• Demonstrated experience working within Agile or Product-oriented organizations.
• Professional fluency in English is mandatory for the daily working environment.
