IT Project Manager (AI)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid arrangement with work from home up to 2 days per week depending on team needs. Flex-Location allows working from any location in the world for up to 30 days per year.

What you will do

• Lead product and service delivery projects from scoping and planning through delivery, transition to operations, and closure.
• Define requirements, delivery strategies, budgets, schedules, risks, and resource needs with technical experts and contributors.
• Coordinate large, diverse, cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, product, and other functions.
• Track requirements, deadlines, budgets, and schedules; anticipate and remove blockers and impediments.
• Lead project governance, status reporting, gate presentations, communications, risk mitigation, and scope, schedule, and cost changes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communications, and support program or project managers with sub-projects and key task elements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic qualification, preferably in a technical domain, or equivalent business experience.
• 4+ years of project management experience with technical aptitude and hands-on experience in Agile and hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with software development and artificial intelligence initiatives.
• Experience managing and delivering projects with varying complexity, budgets, and deliverables; risk management knowledge is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical staff, commercial, product, operations, providers, executives, and senior management.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks and priorities, and contribute as a self-motivated, team-oriented problem solver.
• Advanced-level English is required.

• PMP certification or active progress toward certification.
