Technical Project Manager (AI)

Location: Remote - EMEA, Portugal, or Spain

hirify.global is a U.S.-based product company building an AI-powered search and discovery platform for ecommerce, using transformers and generative LLMs to optimize revenue, conversion rate, and profit.

What you will do

• Lead multiple customer implementations and product rollouts from kickoff through integration, testing, activation, and handoff.
• Coordinate hirify.global resources, customer resources, and third-party partners against a shared plan, timeline, and outcome.
• Run kickoffs, set milestones, track dependencies, and maintain implementation status and reporting.
• Act as the primary customer contact, communicating expectations, progress, risks, and scope changes through activation.
• Identify and escalate blockers, ensure accurate handoffs from Sales to Implementation and from Implementation to Customer Success and Support.
• Build repeatable processes, templates, standards, and automation-first ways of working.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of technical project management or onboarding project management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Experience owning delivery outcomes end to end and holding cross-functional contributors accountable through influence rather than direct authority.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, including the ability to run multiple implementations in parallel.
• Confidence leading customer kickoffs, managing expectations, and keeping stakeholders aligned through go-live.
• Ability to prioritize effectively, manage competing demands, and maintain clarity under ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Technical fluency sufficient to direct integration specialists and translate between technical and business stakeholders.
• Exposure to ecommerce, product discovery, LLMs, catalog data feeds, integrations, and APIs.
• Experience coordinating implementations across internal teams, customer resources, and third-party partners.
