Project Manager

What you will do

• Build project plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, priorities, resources, and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical, account, and partner teams; facilitate governance and cadence meetings.
• Track milestones, adapt plans, ensure SLA adherence, and manage budgets and performance metrics.
• Resolve issues, maintain customer confidence, and deliver outcomes that meet or exceed expectations.
• Serve as the primary delivery contact for customers and internal stakeholders, providing clear project updates and decision-making guidance.
• Strengthen customer partnerships, embed with customer teams when needed, and represent hirify.global with credibility and integrity.

Requirements

• SCRUM or project management skills.
• Basic IT knowledge, including architectural concepts.
• Organization and planning skills.
• Teamwork aligned with a “one team” philosophy.

Nice to have

• Experience with MS Project or other project management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
