What you will do

• Lead improvement projects at the Tablada plant as Project Manager, defining scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate project teams, manage risks, and oversee stakeholders and customer relationships.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed according to OQOTOC requirements.
• Drive transformation and strategic projects through the Project Management Office.
• Establish governance, methodologies, processes, standardized reporting, portfolio reviews, and project prioritization aligned with strategy.
• Manage capacity and resources, support Project Managers, and implement Lean and Operational Excellence improvements to eliminate non-value-added activities.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Project Management, Project Management Office, or Improvement & Performance Management.
• Ability to define project scope, schedules, budgets, governance, methodologies, and processes.
• Experience coordinating teams and managing risks, stakeholders, customers, resources, and project portfolios.
• Knowledge of Lean and Operational Excellence principles and improvement actions.
