What you will do

• Develop and maintain features for cloud and on-premise product suites within an Agile team.
• Deliver software projects from design through implementation and rollout.
• Resolve defects, debug existing code, and write unit and integration tests.
• Translate business requirements into maintainable software and navigate large codebases.
• Collaborate with managers, team members, and clients to understand challenges, prioritize work, and communicate project information.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining software applications; the role description also references 2–5 years of professional experience.
• Working proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring, and SOAP/REST APIs.
• Web development experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with JSON and AJAX.
• Working knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and object-oriented design.
• Familiarity with Docker containers and deployment workflows.
• Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with Git, GitLab, Maven, JUnit, Selenium, and Apache Tomcat.
• Experience writing unit tests and participating in integration testing and CI/CD.
• Awareness of AI concepts and interest in their use in software development.

Nice to have

• Exposure to GWT/GXT and JAXB.
