Professional Services Project Manager (Enterprise Software)

Location: Singapore; projects cover selected Southeast Asian countries

What you will do

• Own Professional Services projects for selected key accounts across Southeast Asia, maintaining the opportunity pipeline and developing enterprise information management strategies.
• Manage the full project life cycle, including scope, planning, setup, reporting, governance, budgets, resources, risks, timelines, and end-user satisfaction.
• Coordinate Professional Services consultants and oversee project costs, schedules, delivery quality, bookings, backlog, and revenue forecasts.
• Prepare statements of work for existing and new customers and support business requirements, prioritization, business cases, and execution planning.
• Lead internal and external status reviews, stakeholder communication, escalation management, and dispute resolution.
• Act as a trusted advisor on the implementation and management of hirify.global products and solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing consulting teams for medium- to large-scale projects.
• Project Management certification in any discipline, such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum.
• Excellent verbal and written business and technology communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of business application systems, including Enterprise Content Management, Big Data Analytics, Enterprise Information Management, and SAP Solutions.
• Knowledge of systems design and development processes, including requirements analysis, feasibility studies, software design, programming, pilot testing, installation, and evaluation.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex logical and interpersonal issues, manage teams, supervise work, and operate under tight, timeline-driven initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business administration, organization, management, and key business issues.
• Understanding of IT project engagement types and financial aspects, including revenue, margin, and billing.
• High commitment, willingness to learn, and ability to quickly apply new technologies.
