Senior Project Manager

Location: Singapore; flexible hours may include night hours to support 24/7 trading.

What you will do

• Manage software and hardware-driven projects throughout their full lifecycle, including scope, objectives, milestones, resources, timelines, risks, and changes.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings with technology teams, exchanges, brokers, vendors, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate project updates.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including spreadsheets, diagrams, process maps, project plans, and technical summaries using tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
• Manage mandatory market updates from exchanges, perform impact analysis, track compliance work, and build and test solutions internally and with exchanges.
• Plan and coordinate data-center activities, including capacity planning, physical hardware and network installations, application-layer work, and network/server configuration concepts.
• Build client relationships, manage expectations, influence technology standards and processes, and resolve project issues.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant project management experience in the financial domain and around 10 years of total work experience.
• Experience with infrastructure deployment and the software development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, including data centers, servers, and storage platforms, as well as networking concepts.
• Analytical and strategic thinking, strong organization and time management, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and build relationships with key industry contacts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night hours to support 24/7 trading.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial markets, especially crypto exchanges.
• Ability to travel internationally; travel is not mandatory.
