Technical Project Manager (AI Platform)

What you will do

• Translate the AI platform roadmap across Model-as-a-Service and Managed Kubernetes into phased delivery timelines and sprint-sized increments.
• Maintain Jira epics, stories, tasks, dependencies, estimates, assignments, labels, and workflow states across engineering workstreams.
• Track dependencies across model integration, Kubernetes, infrastructure, security, billing, identity, performance, and documentation workstreams.
• Prepare status reports and dashboards, support standups and sprint reviews, and communicate delivery risks and decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Improve planning, ticketing, workflow automation, reporting templates, and definitions of done.
• Coordinate release readiness with QA and release engineering, including security, performance, and documentation sign-offs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a technical project manager or program manager in software or infrastructure engineering organizations.
• 1–2 years supporting AI/ML, cloud, or developer-platform teams.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or an equivalent project management tool, plus Confluence or similar documentation tools.
• Understanding of model serving, Kubernetes-based infrastructure, API release cycles, CI/CD pipelines, QA gates, and security or compliance reviews.
• Experience coordinating delivery across five or more functional teams and resolving cross-team blockers.
• Experience with Agile or Kanban practices, including standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for engineering teams of 8–15 people.
