Implementation Manager (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Manage client implementation projects from initiation through seamless transition into operational service.
• Analyze client portfolio data and understand, analyze, and configure technical aspects of client workflows.
• Present Implementation Services during pre-sales and contract negotiations, and recommend implementation best practices.
• Prepare and present project plans and solution definitions covering all deliverables, milestones, and timeframes.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, complete planned tasks, and resolve unplanned issues.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks regularly to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Client-facing experience in the financial services industry is required.
• Good understanding of financial products, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and financial risk management, is required.
• Understanding of portfolio management theory and risk management techniques.
• Knowledge of and experience with information technologies, including portfolio or risk management systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Self-reliance, attention to detail, fast learning, teamwork, and collaboration.
• Project management certification, including Agile techniques such as Agile Certification or PMP.
