Project Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of hirify.global’s BPaaS/SaaS solutions for major global bank customers.
• Plan, execute, and lead change-the-bank projects in collaboration with solution architects, consultants, infrastructure, support services, regional banking operations, customer representatives, and partners.
• Prepare project budgets and commercial offers with solution architects, consultants, and key account managers.
• Manage project scope, quality, timelines, budget, reporting, staffing, deliverables, and post-project reviews.
• Consult and coach customer project managers and teams on hirify.global Banking Reference best practices and business processes.
• Lead concurrent projects and support pre-sales offers while ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• Proven track record as the overall project leader for large projects, preferably involving the introduction of standard software solutions.
• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Economics, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Project Management qualification from a leading accreditor.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of banking business and bank-related processes.
• Negotiation skills and proven experience working up to steering committee level.
• Leadership experience with interdisciplinary and multicultural teams.
• Persistent, assertive, and resilient, with the ability to maintain an overview and set priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in international change-the-bank platform projects.
• PMP certification.
• German-speaking ability.
